Vinge advises BHG Group on its takeover bid for Sleepo

BHG Group AB (publ) has made a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Sleepo AB (publ).

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Kristian Ford (client responsible partner), Christian Lindhé, Sophia Reutercrona, Ingela Malmborg, Niklas Törnell and Maria Schultzberg.
