Vinge Advises Borevind on Sale of Wind Power Company

Vinge advises the investment trust company Borevind AB on sale of its minority instalment in the wind power company RES Skandinavien AB. RES Skandinavien AB will, due to the sale, become a wholly-owned subsidiary to RES Europe Ltd. By the sale Borevind will release its capital to make available other investments within the sector for renewable energy.

Partner Magnus Pauli was in charge of the sale.

Vinge advises evroc in financing round

Vinge has advised Swedish evroc, which is planning to construct several large data centres in Europe and become a leading supplier of cloud services, to raise approximately SEK 500 million. The financing round participants include, among others, the previous investors EQT Ventures and Norrsken VC as well as the new investor Blisce, a French private equity firm.

Vinge has advised Lunar Bank A/S on the sale of its approximately SEK 1.6 billion consumer loan portfolio to Morrow Bank ASA.
