Vinge advises Borevind on the acquisition of Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB

Vinge advises Borevind on the acquisition of Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB from Solar World AG. Gällivare PhotoVoltaic AB is one of Sweden’s leading companies within solar power and solar panel manufacturing. Gällivare PhotoVoltaic has a turnover of appr. half a billion kronor and 70 employees. Borevind is buying 65% of the company from SolarWorld AG, a listed solar power group, in Germany.

Borevind is represented by partner Magnus Pauli assisted by the associate Johanna Björnum.

Lagercrantz Group AB (publ) has acquired 70 percent of the shares in the two Swedish companies Sit Right AB and Enskede Hydraul AB, which are leading operators in products and aftermarket parts for forestry and construction machinery in Europe.
