Vinge advises Bure Equity in connection with their takeover bid for Academedia

Vinge advises Bure Equity in connection with their public takeover bid for Academedia. Bure Equity is an investment company listed on Mid Cap Stockholm with a market value of more than 4 billion kronor. Academedia, a company within education, which is listed on the Small Cap Stockholm, is one of Bure’s larger holdings. Following Bure’s acquisition of further shares, which makes its holding exceed 30 per cent of the votes in Academedia, a public offer has been made in accordance with the mandatory offer rules.

Bure Equity is represented by Christoffer Saidac with assistance from Ola Sandersson, Anna Palmérus and Petter Elmstedt.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
