Vinge advises Bygghemma on acquisition of Nice Garden Stores

Vinge has advised Bygghemma Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Nice Garden Stores. Bygghemma Group is the largest Nordic e-business within building and garden products as well as furniture and home furnishing. The group expands rapidly and in 2013 had a turnover of approximately MSEK 500 and employed 120 people.
