Vinge advises CapMan on its sale of Inflight Service

Vinge is advising funds managed by CapMan in connection with the sale of Inflight Service. Inflight Service, the market leader in the Nordic travel retail market, provides the travel industry with merchandise that travelers purchase, offering its customers a wide range of travel retail solutions and distribution services. In 2008, Inflight Service reported net sales of approximately €152 million employing some 300 people. Closing of the transaction is subject to applicable competition law approvals and other customary closing conditions.
