Vinge advises CGI on its offer for Acando

CGI Inc. has announced a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Acando AB (publ) to tender all their shares in Acando to CGI.

The total offer value for all outstanding shares in Acando amounts to approximately SEK 4,320 million.
