Vinge Advises Cramo

Vinge advises Cramo Sverige AB on their acquisition of all shares in Kranab. Kranab businesses consist of forklift rental and the company is based in Stockholm. Operations will be co-ordinated with Cramo’s current operations in forklift rental below the Cramo trademark. The joined operations will represent the largest forklift rental specialist in Stockholm and Sweden.

Johan Göthberg, Karl Svantemark, Peter Larsson and Johan Norström made up Vinge’s team.

 Vinge advises the majority shareholders Altor, Telia Company, Time For Growth and Zenith VC in connection with the divestment of shares in Marshall Group AB (publ) (”Marshall Group”) to HongShan Group, formerly known as Sequoia China. The Marshall Family will continue as owner in the Marshall Group.
