Vinge Advises Cramo

Vinge advises Cramo Sverige AB on their acquisition of all shares in Kranab. Kranab businesses consist of forklift rental and the company is based in Stockholm. Operations will be co-ordinated with Cramo’s current operations in forklift rental below the Cramo trademark. The joined operations will represent the largest forklift rental specialist in Stockholm and Sweden.

Johan Göthberg, Karl Svantemark, Peter Larsson and Johan Norström made up Vinge’s team.
