Vinge advises Dagon AB on the sale of a property portfolio

Vinge represented Dagon AB (publ) in connection with the sale of a property portfolio comprising 16 properties to a value of MSEK 350 to Niam Fond III. The total leasable area of the properties is approximately 66,000 sqm.

The partner in charge was Peter Oscarsson assisted by Ingela Malmborg and Emma Hakesjö.
