Vinge advises Danir in connection with the acquisition of Sony Mobile’s development unit

Vinge has advised Danir AB in connection with the acquisition by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danir of Sony Mobile’s development unit for mobile hardware and connectivity in Lund. The new company will be named Sigma Connectivity AB and will have approximately 200 employees. Sigma AB will own 80 per of Sigma Connectivity AB and Sony Mobile’s former CEO and chairman, Bert Nordberg, will own 20 per cent.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Peter Oscarsson, Ingela Malmborg and Jesper Ottergren as well as associates Markus Larsson and Anders Hilmansson.
