Vinge advises Danske Markets, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB in connection with Billerud's rights issue

Vinge has advised a consortium of banks consisting of Danske Markets, Nordea, Handelsbanken and SEB in connection with Billerud's rights issue of a total of approximately SEK 1000 million with pre-emption rights for Billerud's existing shareholders. The issue is fully guaranteed by Billerud's principal shareholders and the banking consortium. Billerud is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
