Vinge advises Djursjukhusgruppen in connection with the acquisition of Läckeby Djursjukhus

Vinge has advised Djursjukhusgruppen i Sverige in connection with the acquisition of Läckeby Djursjukhus. Djursjukhusgruppen is one of the leading participants within Swedish veterinary care and provides care for more than 100 000 pets per year.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Gustav Jönsson and Robin Dangoor.
