Vinge advises Eleda in connection with the acquisition of Västkustens Anläggnings AB

Vinge has advised Eleda, owned by funds managed by Triton and key employees within the Eleda Group, in its acquisition of Västkustens Anläggnings AB (VKAB).

VKAB offers water and sewage works services and performs various land and constructions works. In 2018, VKAB's turnover exceeded SEK 80 million and the company had more than 20 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Manne Bergström and Christina Odengran.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
