Vinge advises Equip Capital and Remagruppen in connection with the acquisition of Beredningsbart Syd

Vinge has advised the Norwegian private equity firm Equip Capital and its portfolio company Remagruppen in connection with the acquisition of Beredningsbart Syd AB (”BNB Syd”).

BNB Syd provides qualitative services within decontamination, demolition, recessing and waste management and conducts operations in southern Sweden. Remagruppen acquires and develops well-managed, stable and entrepreneur managed companies within the field of sustainable property maintenance.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Karl Klackenberg, Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister and Maximillian Bengtsson (M&A), Clara Klingspor (Construction), Olivia Onwuta (Employment) and Emma Emsjö (Project Assistant).
