Vinge advises EuroFlorist on the acquisition of iFlorist

Vinge is advising EuroFlorist, the Malmö-based flower delivery company, on the acquisition of iFlorist. EuroFlorist operates in 12 countries and has its largest market in the UK, closely followed by Sweden. iFlorist is the third largest flower delivery network in the UK.

Vinge’s team consists of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with Matthias Pannier (both corporate).
