Vinge advises evroc in financing round

Vinge has advised Swedish evroc, which is planning to construct several large data centres in Europe and become a leading supplier of cloud services, to raise approximately SEK 500 million. The financing round participants include, among others, the previous investors EQT Ventures and Norrsken VC as well as the new investor Blisce, a French private equity firm.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Matilda Hamner.

 Vinge has advised Main Capital and its portfolio company Pointsharp in connection with Pointsharp's acquisition of Meaplus AB and Nubibus Software AB. The transaction is Pointsharp's sixth add-on acquisition since Main Capital became an investment partner in November 2020.

 Confirma Software (“Confirma”) is a Nordic vertical software group providing mission-critical B2B software to SMEs in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. The company operates across five complementary software areas: ERP, Payment Solutions, Financial Solutions, Quality Management Systems and Business Process Solutions. Confirma was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Stockholm. Supported by approximately 540 professionals, the company serves more than 25,000 customers, including over 500 municipalities, across the Nordics. By combining deep local domain expertise with software embedded in customers’ day-to-day operations, Confirma has developed long-standing customer relationships and a highly recurring revenue profile.
