Vinge advises FCG on its public offer for Transcendent Group

June 15, 2022 EU, Competition and Regulatory M&A Capital Markets and Public M&A

FCG Holding Sverige AB has announced a recommended public offer in cash to the shareholders of Transcendent Group AB (publ). The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 240 million. Vinge advises FCG.

The Vinge team includes Jesper Schönbeck, Sofie Bjärtun, Anders Sundin Lundberg (Capital Markets and Public M&A), Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg, Amanda Steen (M&A) and Johan Wahlbom (Competition law).
