Vinge has advised Fidelio Capital on the acquisition of Veterinary Orthopedic Implants, Inc (“VOI”).

VOI is a fast-growing US company within the market for veterinary orthopedic implants and instruments.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Manne Bergström, Johanna Wiberg and Carl-Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A/Corporate), Albert Wållgren and Axel Jansson (Banking and Finance), Johan Karlsson, Sebastian Örndahl and Lisa Malmborg (Competition) and Christoffer Widström (VDR-specialist).
