Vinge advises Fortum Generation AB in connection with the sale of its subsidiary, Streamgate North AB

Vinge has advised FortumGeneration Ab in connection with the sale of its subsidiary, Streamgate North AB, a company conducting hydro-electric power operations in the county of Gävleborg. Streamgate North AB’s total electricity production amounts to approximately 30 GWh per year.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Göthberg together with, among others, associates Karl Svantemark and Martin Folke and project assistant Cathrin Larsson.
