Nordic Depositary Services provides depositary services for alternative investment funds with focus on real estate and renewable energies.

Got Your Back provides administration of alternative investment funds, depositary services, and full-service administration of Swedish limited liability companies. Got Your Back also administers foundations and assists with other types of advanced administrative tasks that require combined expertise in law and accounting.

Through the acquisition, Got Your Back strengthens and expands its operations in depositary services for alternative investment funds.
