Vinge advises Heda Security in conjunction with the acquisition of Syd Stängsel

Vinge has advised Heda Security AB, a Helix Kapital portfolio company, in conjunction with its acquisition of the shares in Sydstängsel i Helsingborg AB.

As a result of the acquisition, Heda has further strengthened its position as Sweden’s largest and sole nationwide company in the area security industry.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Gustav Persson and Gunilla Nyman.
