Vinge advises Helix Kapital in conjunction with investment in Spring Media/ Future Sports Agency

Vinge has advised Helix Kapital in conjunction with its investment in connection with the merger of SpringMedia and Future Sports Agency, creating a joint venture.

The companies conduct operations in, among other areas, the sports rights areas of production, packaging, digital strategy and rights negotiation.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Stina Bengtsson, Gustav Lindgren, Lisa Hörnqvist and Felizia Wiker.
