Vinge advises Hexatronic in conjunction with acquisition

Vinge has advised Hexatronic Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in conjunction with the acquisition of all shares in Iftac AB.

Iftac AB, which is owned by Hudiksvall’s municipality, conducts operations in relation to training and certification within IT and telecommunications and constitutes a significant addition to Hexatronic’s new business area within education. Closing is estimated to take place on 2 January 2017.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Anders Strid and Daniel Lennartsson.
