Vinge advises IBM Sweden in connection with the separation and reorganization of its managed infrastructure services business in Sweden as part of a global spin-off and establishment of a new entity Kyndryl.
Global lead counsel was Hogan Lovells. The completion of the separation was announced on November 3 and Kyndryl now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KD.”
