Vinge advises in conjunction with sale of Euroflorist

Vinge has advised the stakeholders of Euroflorist in conjunction with the sale of its subsidiary Euroflorist Holding, including all operative subsidiaries, to a Swedish consortium headed by Magnus Silfverberg, previously CEO of Betsson and Bisnode, and Johan Tjärnberg, CEO of Trustly and previously the founder and CEO of Bambora, together with a group of investors. Euroflorist is a leading international platform for the sale of flowers online.
