Vinge advises in conjunction with sale of Euroflorist

Vinge has advised the stakeholders of Euroflorist in conjunction with the sale of its subsidiary Euroflorist Holding, including all operative subsidiaries, to a Swedish consortium headed by Magnus Silfverberg, previously CEO of Betsson and Bisnode, and Johan Tjärnberg, CEO of Trustly and previously the founder and CEO of Bambora, together with a group of investors. Euroflorist is a leading international platform for the sale of flowers online.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Vilhelm Rondahl, Ellinor Wargenbrant, Linnea Petersson, Mattias Schömer, Sebastian Örndahl, Arvid Axelryd and Viktoria Owetz Leyva.

ABEKA El & Kraftanläggningar AB is a highly specialized electrical grid services and project management provider.
