Vinge advises in connection with Frontit taking in Priveq as new majority owner. Frontit is a consulting company providing management and IT services.

The company has approximately 190 employees and offices in Stockholm, Sundsvall, Västerås, Örebro, Norrköping and Malmö.
 
Vinges team has consisted of Oscar Rydén, Joacim Rydergård, Anna Thoms, Vilhelm Rondahl, Andreas Lexhag and Mattias Schömer. Responsible partner was Jonas Eklund.
