Vinge advises in the divestment of Creuna to Knowit

Vinge advises the seller in the divestment of Creuna to Knowit AB (publ). Creuna is a Nordic digital agency with around 300 employees in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

The acquisition is conditional upon the approval from the competition authority in Norway, which is expected to be granted during the fourth quarter of 2020.

Vinge’s team consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård, Johanna Wiberg and Karl Klackenberg.
