Vinge advises Industrifonden in connection with investment in Scandinavian Air Ambulance

Industrifonden has partipicated in a new issue of SEK 30 million in Scandinavian Air Ambulance which is Sweden’s largest ambulance company and the only one with exclusive access to both aircraft and helicopters. The additional capital will be use for expansion in the Nordic region.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad assisted by Johan Larsson (project manager) and Per Larsson.
