Vinge advises Investor Growth Capital on the investment in Memira Holding AB

Vinge advises Investor Growth Capital in connection with the investment in Memira Holding AB, a Scandinavian laser eye surgery chain. Memira’s surgeries treat short and long sightedness as well as astigmatism, which is a common refractive error. The investment in the company will make Investor Growth Capital the owner of 40 per cent of the shares.

Investor Growth Capital is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad assisted by associates Johan Larsson, Tom Zachrisson and Theresa Kovac.

The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
