Vinge advises Karolinska Development in connection with the company's listing on NASDAQ OMX

Vinge advises Karolinska Development AB (publ) in connection with the company’s new issue of shares of series B and listing of shares of series B on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. First day of trading is expected to be 15 April 2011.

Vinge’s team consists of partner in charge Pontus Enquist as well as Emil Hedberg and Christoffer Benninge. In addition, Maria Schultzberg, Johanna Bergström and Maria Doeser (tax) as well as Claes Henriksson (IP), among other, have participated.
