Vinge advises KF in connection with investment in Leos Lekland

Vinge has advised KF in connection with its acquisition of 80 per cent of the shares in Leos Lekland.

With six indoor children’s adventure playgrounds, Leos Lekland has become established as the leading actor on the Swedish market for adventure playgrounds and is currently in the process of intensifying its expansion efforts.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad and associates Johan Norström and Alexandra Palmér.
