Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with its acquisition of 96% of the shares in Prido AB. Prido AB was founded in 1973 and is today one of Europe's largest manufacturers of high-quality industrial folding doors, with an annual revenue of approximately SEK 300 million. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant authorities and is expected to close in March 2024.

Vinge's team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Clara Sohlberg and Filip Magnusson (M&A), Victor Björkheim (Employment), Ellis Allmark (Agreements), Sofia Bergenståhle (IPR), Johan Cederblad, Karolina Cohrs and Madelene Andersson (Real Estate and environment), Ida Redander (Finance), Alva Chambert (Competition) and Arthur Kinski (IT/GDPR).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
