Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with the acquisition of Letti

Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in the Norwegian company Letti AS.

Letti is a leading manufacturer of installation and fastening materials for cables and cable pipes. Vinge, through Johan Winnerblad, and the Norwegian law firm Wiersholm have assisted Lagercrantz Group in the acquisition.
