Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in connection with acquisition of Kondator

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Kondator.

Kondator develops and sells office furnishings. Customers primarily comprise office furniture manufacturers, distributors and resellers of ergonomic office furniture.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Filip Öhrner.

Vinge advises Biotage in connection with RWK Bidco’s public tender

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
