Vinge advises Lifco Dental International AB in connection with the acquisition of Interdental Tanntekniske Laboratorium AS

Vinge is advising Lifco Dental International AB in connection with its Norwegian subsidiary, LIC Scandenta AS’s acquisition of Interdental Tanntekniske Laboratorium AS. Lifco Dental is the Nordic region’s leading supplier of dental products and is a subsidiary of Lifco AB, which is wholly owned by Carl Bennet AB. Interdental Tanntekniske Laboratorium AS is an importer of dental mechanics products.

Partner Erik Gabrielsson is advising Lifco Dental International AB in connection with the acquisition.
