Vinge advises Main Capital and Björn Lundén in connection with their acquisition of QLogic.

QLogic is a solution for time, project and expense management known for its cloud based solution QBIS. Through the acquisition, Björn Lundén strengthens its solution offering within time, project and expense management.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner, Per Kling, Linus Adolfsson, Rebecka Målquist, Lisa Hörnqvist, Veronika Garemark, Karolina Fuhrman and Ellinor Gyllenhammar.
