Vinge advises Marcegaglia Steel Group

Vinge advises Marcegaglia Steel Group, a leader in the steel processing sector, on the acquisition of the majority of Outokumpu’s Long Products business for 228 million euro.

Completion of the transaction is subject to approvals by relevant competition authorities and requires internal structuring before completion.

The Vinge team consisted mainly Sofie Nordgren and Lena Westberg (M&A), Pär Remnelid (Competition Law) and Johan Cederblad (Environmental Law).
