Vinge advises MGM on its public offer for LeoVegas

MGM Casino Next Lion, LLC has announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of LeoVegas AB (publ). The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 5,957 million. Vinge advises MGM.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Linnéa Sellström, William Kåge, Anna Svensson, Michaela Ådén, Emma Johansson, Johan Wahlbom, Mattias Schömer, Victor Ericsson and Sara Strandberg.
