Vinge advises Midway Holding in two acquisitions

Vinge has advised Midway Holding in connection with the acquisition of FAS Machinery International AB and Cbiz Partner AB.

FAS, which is located in Ystad, develops, produces and markets machinery for converting plastic material to products on roll.

Cbiz Partner, which is located in Gränna, is an import and wholesale company focusing on radio-controlled products as well as games-related computer accessories and consoles.

Partner Peter Oscarsson led both of Vinge’s transaction teams. He was assisted in the FAS transaction by associate, Kristian Ford and in the Cbiz transaction by associates Kristian Ford, Mathias Lindquist, Johanna Lindman, Rickard Vernet and Lynn Andersson.
