Vinge advises Nordic Real Estate Partners

Vinge is advising Nordic Real Estate Partners in connection with the formation of a company named NREP Logistics AB (publ), which will invest in modern logistics properties situated in strategic communications locations in the Nordic region. The company is owned by Nordic Real Estate Partners and several institutional investors which have undertaken to invest a total of approximately SEK 1.6 billion in the company. As part of an initial transaction, the company has entered into agreements to acquire eight modern logistics properties of approximately 160,000 sq. m. in Sweden and Finland. The property value amounts to approximately SEK 900 million.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
