Vinge advises Norvestor in connection with the acquisition of Aptilo Networks

Vinge has advised the Norwegian private equity firm, Norvestor Equity AS, in connection with its acquisition of Aptilo Networks AB. Aptilo was formed in 2001 and is a leading supplier of wireless service management platforms for public environments and is currently engaged in operations in more than 50 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Peter Morawetz, partner Daniel Rosvall and associates Karl Svantemark, Robin Dangoor, Mikael Satama Granberg and Linnéa Blommé.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
