Vinge advises on listing of Opus Prodox AB (publ)

Opus is a company which develops, produces and sells products relating to automotive test equipment, vehicle inspection systems and fleet management for the global market.

Opus has retained Vinge as its legal adviser in relation to the listing. The listing process has commenced in order for the company to be included on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in 2012.

Vinge’s team includes responsible partner Anders Strid, Anna Björk Larsson (capital markets), Ulf Käll and Anna Hofling (due diligence and tax) and Emma Kero Ljungberg (project manager for legal due diligence).
