Vinge advises on sale of Elektrosignal

Vinge has advised the shareholders of Elektrosignal Invest Sthlm AB, which conducts operations within critical infrastructure, in conjunction with the sale thereof to NVBS, a Segulah portfolio company. The transaction includes the subsidiaries Elektrosignal Infra Sthlm AB, Infra Produkter Sthlm AB and Infra El Sthlm AB.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Åsa Gotthardsson.
