VINGE ADVISES ON SALE OF SEMANTIX

Vinge has advised Litorina and other owners on the sale of Semantix to Segulah. Semantix is the Nordic region’s largest provider of expert language and communications services and offers interpretation, translation, training and editorial services. The transaction is subject to the consent of the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Joakim Rydergård, Charlotta Järnstedt and Johanna Winberg as well as paralegals Pernilla Warg and Josefine Malm.

Vinge advises Tribune Therapeutics, a Swedish biotechnology company focused on developing therapies for fibrotic diseases, in raising 23 MEUR. The financing round includes the previous investors HealthCap, Novo Holding and Innovestor, in addition to the new investors LifeArc Ventures, Industrifonden and Investinor.

Paxman AB (publ) has announced a public offer to the shareholders of Dignitana AB. The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 153 million.
