Vinge advises on sale of shares in Future Trading AB

Vinge, primarily represented by Magnus Pauli and Emma Kero Ljungberg, has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 49 per cent of Future Trading AB.
 
Future Trading designs and sells sunglasses, sports glasses and reading glasses as well as ski goggles mainly on the Nordic market. Future sells approximately 2 million pairs of glasses per year of the company's own labels including Prestige, Granite, Bliz and Dr. Zipe. Bliz, which was used by several cross country skiers during the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, was actually worn by 15 medalists including several gold medalists.

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
