Vinge advises on sale of the nursing and healthcare company Partnergruppen

Vinge is advising Grothbolagen LAECA in connection with the sale of Partnergruppen to the Swedish Specialist Psychiatry Group (Sw. Svenska Specialistpsykiatrigruppen). Partnergruppen provides psychiatric care for adults and the elderly in the counties of Skåne, Småland and Västra Götaland.

Vinge’s team which consisted of partner Henrik Ossborn and associates Kristian Ford and Jonas Holmstedt advised the seller.

The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

 Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
