Vinge advises on Sverigehuset AB's purchase of AB Järnporten

Olof Jisland of Vinge has advised on Sverigehuset AB's purchase of half of the issued shares in AB Järnporten from GulinsFastigheter. The purchase primarily pertains to a property situated on Järntorgsgatan in Gothenburg, which has been owned by Gulins for approximatley 80 years.

The parties to the co-operation intend to pursue joint efforts to seek an amendment to the detailed development plan for the property in order to be able to construct a new building comprising shops, offices and residences. The development work will be conducted through the company, Järnporten AB.

Vinge has advised SBP Kredit AB (publ) in connection a securitisation with a Nordic bank as senior lender

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
