Vinge advises on the sale of GleSYS

Vinge has advised the principal owners VIA equity and CEO Glenn Johansson as well as other minor shareholders in connection with the sale of GleSYS to the Luxembourg-based infrastructure fund Cube Infrastructure Managers.

GleSYS owns data centres in Falkenberg, Stockholm and Oulu (Finland) and co-operates with market leaders in Europe. GleSYS' data centres use 100 per cent renewable energy and the waste heat is recycled to heat residential properties.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Per Kling, Nando Basic, Olivia Belding, Emelie Schoning and Christoffer Widström.

Vinge has advised SBP Kredit AB (publ) in connection a securitisation with a Nordic bank as senior lender

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
