Vinge advises Öresundskraft AB on the acquisition of Ängelholms Energi AB

Vinge has advised Öresundskraft AB on the acquisition of Ängelholms Energi AB from the municipality of Ängelholm. Ängelholms Energi AB is a network operator that also supplies electricity, district heating and natural gas to its customers. The purchase price was MSEK 220.

Öresundskraft AB was represented by partner Peter Abrahamsson with assistance from associate Marcus Palm.
