Vinge advises Petropar S.A. in connection with the acquisition of Fiberweb plc´s hygiene business

Vinge has alongside Clifford Chance LLP, advised Petropar S.A. in connection with the acquisition of Fiberweb plc’s hygiene business. The consideration amounts to USD 286 million.  The acquisition is conditional upon approval of  the shareholders in Petropar S.A. and the shareholders in Fiberweb plc. The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2011.

Vinge's team consisted of partner Henrik Wenckert together with, among others, associates Josefin Nowén and Philip Asmar.
